The honest take
Both are real companies with real coolers. Culligan is a big name in softeners and residential water, and its dealer here has been around a long time. Bottleless Nation has done nothing but office water and ice for twenty years, and that shows in the equipment lineup and the retention number.
The thing I'd ask either of us: put the machine in my breakroom next to what I have and let my team taste it. That's the whole pitch, and I'll make it any day of the week.

Both are real companies with real coolers. Culligan is a long-established name in softeners and residential water and its Madison dealer has been here since 1936. Bottleless Nation has done nothing but office water, ice and coffee since 2005. The way to settle it is a taste test in your own breakroom, from either of us.
