Each system solves a real problem I hit in the field. They're all connected — outputs from one feed into another.
Autonomous AI Operating System
An AI system designed to plan, automate, unify, and learn — the PAUL framework. VISION manages service health monitoring, workflow automation, data quality, routing, and system self-healing. The long-term goal is a self-building, self-improving system that compounds autonomously. Route optimization is one component, not the whole.
AI Assistant Embedded in JacobOS
An AI assistant powered by Claude, embedded as a chat bubble across the JacobOS web dashboard. Page-aware context, streaming responses, voice input, AI-generated follow-up emails, and variable-capacity day planning. Originally Telegram-based, now fully integrated into the web UI.
Accountability Workflow
An automated workflow inside VISION that explores motivation and accountability through structured prompts. Uses a state machine to guide users through goal-setting and commitment tracking. Part of the broader VISION automation layer.
Territory Intelligence Engine
A FastAPI backend managing a territory database with TRS v3.1 scoring (16 factors, seasonal multipliers, trigger events), company group aggregation, geocoding, deduplication, and data quality pipelines. Now consolidated into the JacobOS dashboard.
