What if we're under contract?+
Most delivery contracts have an out, and I'll do the math with you either way. If it makes sense to wait until it ends, I'll say so.
What areas do you cover?+
Greater Madison and south-central Wisconsin: Sun Prairie, Middleton, Waunakee, Verona, Fitchburg, DeForest, Portage, Reedsburg, Janesville, the Dells and the towns between. Bottleless Nation is nationwide for anything outside that.
Are you Office H2O?+
Yes. Office H2O became Bottleless Nation; same company, same systems, same Madison rep. We are not related to Culligan's 'Total Office H2O', which is a different company with a similar name. Details on the Office H2O page.
Who handles service and maintenance?+
We do, and it's in the flat rate. Filter changes and sanitizing are on Bottleless Nation's schedule, not something your office manager has to remember, and if a unit breaks we fix it or swap it. For Madison-area offices that means a local rep, not a national call center.
