Bottleless water coolers in Portage, WI
Bottleless Nation, the company you may remember as Office H2O. Purified water, ice, sparkling and coffee on one flat monthly rate, installed and serviced by people who live here.
Why Portage
Portage sits where the Wisconsin and Fox rivers almost touch, and its industrial side runs on shifts. Heavy manufacturing and distribution floors are where jugs get lifted the most, and where a cooler that never runs dry earns its keep.
The Portage customers already on our systems are mostly heavy manufacturing, warehouses and distribution and other trades. If that sounds like your building, I probably already know your neighbors.
Where I cover
Columbia County, the Highway 33 corridor, the industrial park off I-39, and out toward Pardeeville and Wisconsin Dells.
Install is usually two hours, tapped into your existing line, no plumber on your end. Service and filter changes are included and on our schedule, not yours. Full details on the Madison page.
Questions I get in Portage
Do you install bottleless water coolers in Portage?+
Yes. Portage is part of my south-central Wisconsin territory: 8 Portage offices already run on Bottleless Nation systems, and I've made 10 in-person visits there since April 2026. A typical install takes about two hours and taps into the water line you already have; no plumber on your end.
How does a bottleless cooler work?+
It taps your building's existing water line and filters on the spot: sediment, carbon, then reverse osmosis. Hot, cold and sparkling on demand. No jugs, no deliveries, nothing to run out.
What does it cost in Portage?+
A flat monthly rate with installation and service included, the same way it works everywhere in my territory. No upfront purchase. I'll put it next to your current delivery invoice and we'll compare, no pressure.
Is Portage's tap water the same as Madison's?+
Not from the same pipes: Portage runs its own municipal water system, separate from Madison Water Utility. But the Wisconsin DNR says about two thirds of Wisconsin residents drink groundwater, and around Madison that means hard, mineral-heavy well water. The reverse-osmosis stage is what takes that out before it reaches the tap. For what's in your specific supply, look your utility up on Water Advantage.
What if we're under a delivery contract?+
Most delivery contracts have an out, and I'll do the math with you either way. If it makes sense to wait until it ends, I'll say so.
Are you Office H2O?+
Yes. Office H2O became Bottleless Nation; same company, same systems, same rep covering Portage. We are not related to Culligan's "Total Office H2O", which is a different company with a similar name.

What I've written about the water here
- Why office water in the Madison area tastes different every season: it's well water, and the reasons are not the ones you read about.
- What actually changes in the spring, sourced from the utility's own documents.
- What an office pays for delivered water next to what the city charges for it.
- Bottleless Nation next to Culligan's bottleless line, if you're comparing.
